No Refund Policy

We run a consultancy business, and once a consultation has been provided, there are strictly no refunds under any circumstances.

Once the recording of the session has been shared, no refund will be provided.

We do not entertain refund requests in any case, including personal emergencies or unforeseen situations.

Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend on the scheduled date, you may request to reschedule your session to another available date, subject to prior approval.

Please note that rescheduling is only possible before the recording has been shared.

Code of Conduct

Any form of misbehavior, harassment, or misconduct towards our team or during sessions will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to take strict legal action against any individual found engaging in such behavior.
